How to propose a new member: 1-be invited by any Rotarian to the meeting ($5 each meeting until they are a member) 2-Fill out application and turn in with $65 application fee 3-Have a fireside chat with president-elect (currently Kevin Ryan) 4-Seville Rotary board votes on applicant to be a member 5-Induction ceremony at following meeting

Oakcrest! Please start collecting your box tops at home and turn in each week to Alecia! This will be an ongoing thing, so let’s make it a habit! You can visit boxtops4education.com to get a complete list of items that have box tops! They can be found on baking, beverages, cereal, frozen foods, betty Crocker items, dairy and refrigerated, snacks, baby and child care items, school and office supplies, storage bags, paper products, personal care items, disposable tableware and cookware, and waste bags!

Wesley Odom, author of “The Longest Siege of the American Revolution: Pensacola" Wesley is a native of Pensacola and after volunteering with Celebrate Pensacola, he started researching the American Revolution in Pensacola. You can pick up a copy of his book at Barnes and Noble! Tonight he spoke about the importance of Alcohol in the Battle of Pensacola…what you didn't want to be without! He gave us an interested insight on what alcohol meant to the British, Spanish, slaves, sailors, militia and the Indians from our area!
